• Fixed bug where the notification emails to be sent to the event producer rather than then applying group in certain circumstances
• Expanded font size on gatelist printouts for better/easier reading.
• Built out the finances page for event producers to be able to better review outstanding payments and their status
• Added links from the finances page to allow for adjusting of the event fees due, and ability for manual payment recording.
• Added audit trail for finance changes/credits.
• Made phone numbers/names required and added email validation to the group information pages.

Feb 25th, 2007

• Updated the directory pages to improve formatting
• Fixed a bug on the direct add/invite groups page for event producers
• Event producers can again see the per group gatelist counts to see who's been submitting their gatelists.
• Event producers can again force edit group's submitted gatelists ad hoc for their own event.
• A name search feature either by event or over all time is now available.

• Events can now have custom questions for filling out by applicants on a per-event basis.
• Each event can now be set to accept vendor applications as well as handle payment transactions via paypal.
• Vendor stock lists now updated to be mandatory before accepting applications.
• Updated group listing pages to be filterable by types.

• Gatelist setup/editing for each event is now enabled
• Max gatelist setting for events and gatelist cutoff date functions for events are now functioning.

• Invited groups now have the option to respond with a decline message
• Producers can now upload documents for review in word, pdf, rtf, and txt formats
• Producers can now select documents to be sent to groups when they are accepted
• Mail messages are now sent from the person logged in at the time of the action, instead of from the webmaster.
• Vendor inventory can now be submitted along with photos of their stock

• Vendor Registration is now available for certain events
• You can now have multple groups per login (for those who are a guildmaster as well as on an event board)
• Each group can now have multiple admins (for those who have someone other than the GM handling gatelists)
